StoryWave is operated by Zeng Chaojian, based in China. In these Terms, “StoryWave,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. You may contact us at zengcj94@gmail.com.

By accessing or using StoryWave, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• All currently available chapters may be read as a guest.
• Email authentication lets you preserve your saved library and reading progress across supported visits.
• You are responsible for controlling access to your email account and for activity performed through your StoryWave account.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.

StoryWave is an online digital-fiction reading platform. Every currently available chapter is offered free to read. You do not need an account to start reading, although linking an email account helps preserve your library and progress.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, republish, sell, or distribute StoryWave content;
• bypass security, rate limits, or account protections;
• use automation to abuse accounts or reading analytics;
• upload malicious code or disrupt the service; or
• use StoryWave for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

StoryWave, its interface, branding, text, artwork, and catalog are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read content through the service for private, non-commercial use.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of StoryWave. We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

StoryWave is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in China, without depriving users of mandatory protections available where they live. We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
